Bought Oniko and her DLC, ended up having my unity go kaput. Pol was a HUGE help in getting her uploaded to my account super fast and easy. By the time everything was said and done I had barely been able to get the codes from my emails (so speedy)

Pol was super quick and kind with helping me get Shiori and Bingus uploaded onto my account. The whole process was wayyy faster than I expected. From creating the ticket, to Pol messaging me back, to having both avatars fully uploaded, I’m pretty sure it took less than an hour.
